confusion about high frequencies

There's been a lot of confusion in the last decade or so
about the use of higher frequencies versus lower frequencies.
This will be covered in great detail in the updated Report
that I'll be sending you a link for in the next day or so.

In the meantime I wanted to let you know that we do have
a Frequency Generator machine available which covers both
the high and low frequencies and also can perform the
pulsating effects that I feel are so important to replicating
the signals that were used historically.
